Shipping policy

General order processing time

Orders received before the daily cutoff time (typically 12:00PM - 2:00PM PST) on a business day are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff are processed on the next business day. Standard processing time is 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping notifications

Once an order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation is automatically generated. This notification is sent to the customer via email or through integrated platforms (for example Shopify), depending on system configuration.

Tracking

Shipped orders include a valid tracking number. Tracking information is uploaded in real time or near real time to the connected sales channel. You can use your tracking number to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping to PO boxes

Shipping to PO boxes is supported via carriers that service these addresses, such as USPS. Certain service levels (for example expedited or oversized shipments) may not be eligible for PO box delivery and may require a physical address.

United States and Canada only

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
